The 6’ Contractors Saw was designed for forestry pruning contractors that have a 10’4’ or 11’6” pruning contract, that they cannot reach with the New Standard Saw.  The Contractors 6’saw uses the same blades and supporting bar as the New Standard saw, but is fitted with a 4’ fiberglass-epoxy shaft and hollow bladder molded handle.  This saw is incredibly light for production pruning up to 11 or 12 feet and comes with the 3 tooth per inch and 4 tpi blades described in the New Standard Saw portion. The 6’ Contractors Saw weighs 30 oz.
