The T36, Tractor Forwarding Arch is our heavy-duty, large log forestry arch.  It is designed for use with tractors, to pick up and carry logs up to 6000 lb in weight and 36” in diameter.  The standard T36 can of course be used with any vehicle that has a trailer ball, however operators must be aware of the great load they can carry and be able to control it.  Optional brakes are available. The T36 is 60” tall, 76” wide and 143” long in its standard configuration. The T36 has 8’of “reach” to carry 16’ long logs fully suspended.  Longer logs are easily carried with the tail dragging, or carried fully suspended with a tag axle arch.  Many customers find that they can haul logs 30 feet long or longer quite easily, with the T36 Arch carrying the majority and the Fetching arch picking up the tail.  This tag-axle technique is nicely represented on our product videos.

The T36 is also available for use with a Farmi ™ PTO-drive 3-point hitch winch attachment, where the PTO winch is used to pick up the logs into the arch rather than the manual winch that is standard.  On the Farmi model, the arch is exactly the same width and height, but the forward portion is slightly shorter and finishes higher, to mount to the Farmi winch (or other brand similar winches) at the chain slot bar which is about 28” from the ground.  Either configuration of T 36 Forwarding Arch weighs approx. 590 lb. and the two reach-and-tongue portions are interchangeable, though only one is included.
